Dobry ogrodnik, czyli o trosce nad refleksyjnością dorosłych we współpracy rodziny i szkoły. W stronę ewaluacji w pracy z wychowankiem

Abstract

The article addresses the issue of adults' reflectiveness in the context of family and school cooperation, drawing inspiration from the metaphor of the "good gardener" derived from Célestin Freinet's legacy. It discusses the importance of wards' autonomy and the role of adults as discreet partners in the education and upbringing process. Analyzing the perception of the parent's and teacher's image in the child's daily experiences, the influence of personal models on personality development is emphasized. The methodology relies on theoretical reflection, referring to pedagogical, sociological, and anthropological literature. The results indicate the necessity of evaluating educational practice in the face of a changing socio-cultural world, considering questions about goals, contexts, and subjects of upbringing actions. The conclusions highlight the need for systematic diagnosis and innovation in education, promoting a reflective attitude of parents and teachers as key to optimal family-school cooperation. This approach enables adaptation to contemporary challenges, including the impact of media and cultural changes, without petrifying established strategies

Artykuł podejmuje problematykę refleksyjności dorosłych w kontekście współpracy rodziny i szkoły, inspirując się metaforą „dobrego ogrodnika” zaczerpniętą z dorobku Célestina Freineta. Wnioski akcentują potrzebę systematycznej diagnozy i innowacji w edukacji, promując refleksyjną postawę rodziców i nauczycieli jako klucz do optymalnej współpracy rodziny i szkoły.
