Abstract

Анализ клинической картины у больных контрольной группы с РП показал высокую частоту послеоперационных осложнений (65,5 %) было зафиксировано одно или более перитонеальных и/или системными осложнений. Наиболее частыми перитонеальными осложнениями стали внутрибрюшные абсцессы, рецидивирующий РП, несостоятельность анастомозов и ранняя спаечная кишечная непроходимость.
