
This document presents a structured framework for developing training on Open Science, open scholarly communication and service use within the OPERAS research infrastructure. It outlines a modular, adaptable toolkit based on the ADDIE methodology, integrating principles of FAIRness and Open Educational Resources. The framework supports diverse stakeholders in designing, delivering, and evaluating high-quality training, contributing to OPERAS’ strategic goals and its transition toward becoming a sustainable European Research Infrastructure Consortium (ERIC). This deliverable is currently under review by the European Commission.
