Full Results archived supporting 'OccuGAMs: non-linear occupancy and abundance modelling with imperfect detection'. These files contains results folders extracted from the HPC environment in which the analyses were conducted. The 'occupancy' and 'abundance' zip folders contain the case study results for occupancy and n-mixture modelling. Within the abundance and occupancy sub-folders, there are the folders 'ABU_RDS' and 'OCCU_RDS' containing extracted model parameters, 'ABUGAM and OCCUGAM' containing SLURM status messages, 'ERRORS' containing error logs from the HPC, 'LogLiks' containing extracted log-likelihoods from the models and 'PLOTTING_RDS' which contains model draws and predictions. We note that full models were not extracted from the HPC due to the large file size (>2GB per model). 'MR1 Simulation Results' contains all results from the simulation portion of the study. Within this folder, there are two main sub-folders '06_HPC_Simulations' and '07_HPC_OCC_Simulations' for abundance and occupancy respectively. These contain all code and input data that were uploaded to the HPC environment to run the 1000s of simulations. The folder 'model_accuracy' within 'results'contains all results i.e. extracted model parameters and evaluation.
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
