Experimental and Simulation data for "Clocking Emergent Magnetic Monopoles in Square Artificial Spin Ice"

Abstract

Experimental data Experimental XMCD-PEEM images are collected at ALBA Synchrotron between 28th to 30th of May 2024. The data are used to show controlled stepwise motion of magnetic monopole and reconfigurable monopole pathways in the paper Clocking Emergent Magnetic Monopoles in Square Artificial Spin Ice. XMCD_Data has XMCD-PEEM images used in this paper. ClockingRegimes_MOKE and SweepClockingAngles Zip folders contain the experimental MOKE images showing all three regimes of monopole motion and how they vary with angle resolution. Simulation data The resulting data from flatspin simulations, which show dipolar interactions shown in the paper Clocking Emergent Magnetic Monopoles in Square Artificial Spin Ice And Clocking of monopoles in different regimes. The zip folder "Simulation" contains the data for the clocking and dipolar fields.
