Globalization and technological advancement have significantly reshaped contemporary Christian missions, creating both opportunities and challenges for cross-cultural engagement. Modern communication tools, including social media, digital platforms, and virtual networks, enable missionaries to reach diverse populations with unprecedented speed and efficiency. At the same time, these innovations raise critical questions regarding cultural sensitivity, contextualization, and ethical engagement in mission work. This study explores how globalization and technology influence strategies for evangelism, discipleship, and church planting in multi-ethnic and multi-religious contexts. It examines the balance between leveraging digital tools for outreach and maintaining the incarnational presence essential to effective mission. Using a qualitative approach that incorporates case studies, field reports, and literature analysis, the paper demonstrates how contemporary missions navigate the interplay between local realities and global connectivity. The study argues for a holistic understanding of technology as both a resource and a responsibility in advancing the mission of the church in the 21st century.
