This repository contains the codes used to extract the emission spectrum of the circumplanetary disk surrounding the planetary mass companion CT Cha b and the results associated with this work To use the code, just run the Extract_b notebook. The code for the final subtraction of low-frequency modulations is not made public, as it is proprietary work. Interested people should request access to Milou Temmink. The files CTChaA_3ABC4ABC_final.txt and CTChab_3ABC_final.txt contain the final extracted spectra for A and b. The files CTChaA_data_model.txt and CTChab_data_models.txt contain the extracted spectra, the best-fit model and the contributions of each of the individual molecules. The file Data_pipelined.zip contains the 3D cubes of the files at stage 3 of the jwst pipeline.
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 1 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
