Abstract

This is a new major release. The tool was improved on the following topics: -faster: using multiprocessing in time-consuming steps -easier to install: now can be downloaded via pip or git clone -compact: the main script performs all the tasks Main utilities present in this release: -model reconstruction -FBA -metabolic pathways visualization -knockout of genes and reaction
