Abstract

La gestión hospitalaria enfrenta el desafío crítico de tomar decisiones estratégicas bajo presión en entornos caracterizados por incertidumbre y múltiples variables. Este estudio aborda la necesidad de optimizar dichas decisiones para mejorar la calidad y calidez en la atención sanitaria. La relevancia del tema radica en su impacto directo sobre la satisfacción del usuario y la eficiencia organizacional, especialmente en contextos donde los recursos son limitados y las demandas son altas. Aunque la literatura existente explora métodos para la toma de decisiones, pocos integran la indeterminación inherente a entornos complejos como los hospitalarios. Para superar esta carencia, el presente trabajo emplea Números Z Neutrosóficos, una herramienta matemática que modela incertidumbre, verdad e indeterminación de manera simultánea. Mediante la aplicación de este enfoque, se analizaron escenarios hospitalarios reales, evaluando factores como costos, calidad del servicio y satisfacción del paciente. Los resultados revelan que los Números Z Neutrosóficos permiten priorizar estrategias con mayor precisión, identificando soluciones robustas frente a la ambigüedad. Este estudio contribuye al campo al introducir un marco teórico innovador para la gestión hospitalaria y ofrece directrices prácticas para implementar decisiones estratégicas que optimicen recursos y mejoren la atención, fortaleciendo la resiliencia organizacional en contextos dinámicos.
