
Overview The package provides straightforward I/O functionality for the snapshots of the Bonsai N-body code, supporting both Bonsai binary and Tipsy binary formats. It allows easy access to particle data (ID, type, mass, position, velocity) as NumPy arrays for further analysis. Added I/O support for Bonsai binary snapshots. I/O support for Tipsy binary snapshots. Installation Download the source archive. Extract the archive so that the source code is placed under a directory named bonsaiana/. Install with: cd bonsaiana pip install -r requirements.txt pip install .
