
These files are my codes (NCL, Python) for CCKW analyses. They convert raw WRF output to organized dataset. The brief description of each file are as follows : Q_cu_GF.ncl : Calculate diabatic heating from WRF output T_cu_GF.ncl : Calculate temperature from WRF output EOF_decomposition.py : EOF decomposition code from diabatic heating and temperature data
