This article investigates the New Age prediction of a “Great General Assembly” of the Spiritual Hierarchy in 2025, most prominently articulated by Alice A. Bailey, and evaluates its claims against contemporary geopolitical, technocratic, and interfaith trends as well as the Bible’s prophetic witness. Using secondary data, the study undertakes a critical discourse analysis of Bailey’s corpus and affiliated organizations’ communications, alongside a historical tracing of alleged centennial conclaves (1425, 1725, 1825, 1925) and their purported social effects. The analysis finds a coherent narrative within esoteric sources that anticipates the “externalization” of hidden masters, the emergence of a universalized spirituality sometimes styled as a “New World Religion,” and a reconfiguration of governance and economics around global coordination. These expectations are compared with present movements toward supranational problem-solving, interreligious convergence, and digital-financial architectures that enable unprecedented social control. From a biblical perspective, the article interprets these alignments as consistent with end-time deception and the preparation of a counterfeit messianic order, urging discernment and theological clarity for Christian communities. The contribution is twofold: it synthesizes dispersed, stigmatized knowledge into a verifiable map of ideas and timelines, and it offers a Scripture-anchored interpretive framework for evaluating esoteric agendas that present themselves as humanitarian progress. Implications are outlined for research, public theology, and watchful Christian praxis in the approaching 2025 horizon.
