This paper was developed as part of the Open Universal Science (OPUS) project and builds upon a range of initiatives and projects led by the University of Rijeka in the areas of Open Science and the reform of research assessment. It will be presented at the PUBMET2025 conference, taking place on September 11–12, 2025, in Zagreb, Croatia.
