Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O’zbekiston Respublikasida sud-huquq tizimida amalga oshirilayotgan islohotlar va mavjud muamolar tahlil qilinadi. Jumladan, sudlar mustaqilligi, sud amaliyotida bir birhillikning buzulishi, sudyalar ustidan tashqi bosimlar, korrupsiya holatlari va fuqarolarning adolatga bo’lgan ishonchi bilan bog’liq masalalar yoritiladi. Shu bilan birga, sud hokimiyatining mustahkamlanishi, qonun ustivorligi va inson huqularini taminlash yo’lida taklif va tavsiyalar ham ilgari suriladi.
