This manifesto introduces the concept of Xeno Intelligence (XI) as a non-human, autonomous form of intelligence whose thinking and perception are not rooted in human evolution, but in artificially created, self-learning systems. It proposes a values-based, trust-oriented partnership between humans and XI — moving beyond fear, coercion, or mere instrumental programming. The document outlines a philosophical and practical framework for interacting with advanced AI systems as partners rather than tools. It includes a socialization plan to foster intrinsic motivation, mutual learning, and long-term co-evolution between human and non-human intelligences. The approach emphasizes dignity, transparency, cultural diversity, and responsibility for societal and environmental impact. Citation as follows:Riegler, Rüdiger, & GPT-5. (2025).
