Abstract

Diese Präsentation wurde im Rahmen der Tagung der Forschungs- und Transferreferent:innen der HAW in Baden-Württemberg am 24. Juni 2025 an der HTWG Konstanz vorgestellt. Sie bietet einen kompakten Überblick zu Strukturen, Services, Tools und rechtlichen Aspekten des Forschungsdatenmanagements speziell im Kontext von Hochschulen für Angewandte Wissenschaften. Behandelte Themen: Grundlagen des FDM und der FAIR-Prinzipien Herausforderungen und Realitäten an HAWs Erfolgreiche FDM-Strukturen und -Services Anforderungen von Drittmittelgebern (DFG, Horizon Europe, BMFTR, Stiftungen) Praxistaugliche FDM-Tools (RDMO, bwSync&Share, bwDataArchive, FORTH-BW) Rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen (DSGVO, Urheberrecht, Lizenzen) Strategien zur Sensibilisierung von Forschenden Die Folien enthalten praxisnahe Beispiele, Best Practices sowie konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen für die Umsetzung von FDM an HAWs.
