Abstract

Ushbu maqolada maktab rahbarlarining inklyuziv ta’limni tashkil etishdagi roli va bu orqali inklyuziv jamiyatni shakllantirishga qo‘shayotgan hissasi yoritilgan. Inklyuziv ta’limning asosiy tamoyillari, rahbar kadrlar uchun zarur bo‘lgan kompetensiyalar va xalqaro tajriba tahlil qilingan.
