(Phlio Waterfall N.P.) and N––Chaing Mai Prov. (Chiang Dao) (Diakonoff 1959a; Kawabe 1989). Host plants: Unknown. Remarks: Specimens from Thailand were collected in moist evergreen forest at 100 m. Diakonoff (1959a) did not mention about forest type and elevation.
