Abstract

IMPROVEMENT OF OUTAGE PLANNING COORDINATION USING SOFTWARE SOLUTION DEVELOPED WITHIN R2D2 PROJECT Koordinacija planova isključenja (Outage Planning Coordination – OPC) predstavlja jedan od najbitnijih procesa operativnog planiranja rada elektroenergetskog sistema (EES). Ovaj proces se koordiniše na nacionalnom nivou od strane operatora prenosnog sistema, ali i na regionalnom i panevropskom nivou od strane regionalnih koordinacionih centara. U okviru R2D2 projekta, finansiranog kroz Horizon Europe program, razvijen je Outage Planning (OP) alat koji se sastoji od 2 dela: koordinacione platforme putem koje korisnici mogu da prijavljuju planove isključenja i upravljačkog modula putem koga koordinatori procesa mogu da manipulišu isključenjima i zadaju komande za analizu sigurnosti na mrežnim modelima za neki specifični scenario. Korišćenjem datog alata postignuto je da se informacije o predloženim planovima isključenja mogu lako prikupiti, kao i da se simulacija uticaja datih isključenja na EES može jednostavno sprovesti. OP alat je dizajniran tako da može da se koristi i za potrebe nacionalnog i za potrebe regionalnog OPC procesa. U radu je opisana softverska implementacija OP alata, najbitnije funkcionalnosti alata, kao i njegova primena u okviru nacionalnog i regionalnog OPC procesa.
