Marco metodológico de la investigación

Abstract

Este capítulo aborda la importancia de un marco metodológico sólido para garantizar la coherencia, validez y ética en la investigación. Muchas investigaciones presentan marcos metodológicos superficiales, con descripciones vagas que afectan la replicabilidad y la credibilidad del conocimiento producido. El objetivo principal es identificar las características esenciales para la adecuada redacción del marco metodológico, resaltando decisiones epistemológicas, técnicas y éticas que aseguren un proceso riguroso y transparente. El estudio clasifica como descriptivo. El método principal utilizado es el análisis documental clásico y la técnica revisión de documentos. Los principales resultados indican que un marco bien elaborado debe justificar la elección de enfoques, diseños, muestras, instrumentos y análisis estadísticos, alineados con los objetivos y variables del estudio. Además, se destaca la relevancia de garantizar la validez y confiabilidad de los instrumentos, así como la incorporación de principios éticos en la protección de participantes y manejo de datos. Una correcta construcción del marco metodológico fortalece la validez interna y externa del estudio, facilita la interpretación de resultados y refleja el compromiso ético del investigador. Asimismo, la adecuada definición de población, selección de muestras e instrumentos válidos son fundamentales para obtener resultados confiables y generalizables.
