Multi-wavelength terrestrial laser scanning (TLS) data from Mediterranean fuels

Abstract

Point clouds registered in the province of Valencia. This dataset was obtained to estimate the Live Fuel Moisture content (LFMC) in forest plots. In this dataset, the clouds are already processed, merged and clipped for each of the shrubs and trees present in the plots. - Point cloud data set acquired with a Trimble TX6 (1500 nm) terrestrial laser scanner and SALCA (1063 nm and 1545 nm). - The SALCA point clouds were processed with a specific code written in Matlab. - Trimble point clouds were georeferenced and preprocessed with Trimble Real Works software (v12.4) and Lastools (v240402) software. - The point cloud merging was performed with a specific code written in Python.
