A Jupyter notebook and supporting material to reproduce the figures from the paper “Probing the extent of WASP-52 b’s atmosphere – High-resolution observations and 3D modeling insights” by Nail et al. (2025). This package includes: Observational data: telluric-corrected transmission spectra of WASP-52 b obtained with CARMENES and CRIRES+. Output from the 3D hydrodynamic simulations performed with Athena++. Post-processed results from Cloudy, used for radiative transfer calculations. A Jupyter notebook that demonstrates how to analyze the data and reproduce the figures presented in the paper. For additional details and instructions, please refer to the README.txt file.In a separate Zenodo package (link to follow), we provide two additional Jupyter notebooks: one explains how to run Athena++ simulations, and the other outlines how to perform the post-processing radiative transfer calculations with Cloudy.
