This study, grounded in ergonomic theory and combined with modern design concepts and digital techniques, explores innovative pathways for modernizing the traditional Cheongsam. Through literature review, data analysis, case studies, and practical application, the four core ergonomic principles are systematically demonstrated to guide functional, comfortable, and inclusive Cheongsam design. Optimized solutions are proposed, offering a reference for the sustainable development of Eastern dress culture.
