Abstract

This dataset accompanies the manuscript titled “Short-term memory errors are strongly associated with a drift in neural activity in the posterior parietal cortex.” It includes raw and processed data, as well as cell classification results and analysis scripts used to generate all main and supplementary figures presented in the study. The dataset is organized into the following zip archives, with filenames corresponding to the relevant figures: Cell & Analysis Data: Cell_sorting.zip (306.21 MB): Contains cell classification results, including metadata and sorting information. CalmAn.zip (62.16 MB): Data related to the CalmAn analysis pipeline. Main Figure Data: Main_Fig1_3.zip (828.14 MB): Data for Main Figures 1-3. Main_Fig4.zip (2.69 GB): Data for Main Figure 4.
