Zenodo Description This Zenodo record archives the scripts, data products, and code dependencies used for peak identification and continuum-subtracted moment map generation in JWST/MIRI Channel 1 spectroscopic data, as discussed in the manuscript "Molecular Jets from an Evolved Protostar: Insights from JWST–ALMA Synergy" (Accepted for publication in ApJ). (a) Types and Formats of Files Uploaded *.ipynb: Jupyter notebooks used to run the full data processing pipeline. *.html: HTML export of the Jupyter notebooks. *.pdf: PDF export of the Jupyter notebooks. README.md: Description of file structure and usage instructions. moment_maps_per_peak/: Directory containing example output .fits files and diagnostic .png plots. (b) Code Requirements and Setup This script requires the following Python packages: numpy matplotlib spectral-cube astropy scipy tqdm To install dependencies, run: pip install numpy matplotlib spectral-cube astropy scipy tqdm (c) Purpose of Scripts and Reuse Potential Identifies significant spectral peaks in input MIRI data cubes Uses selected peaks to compute continuum-subtracted moment-0 maps for each feature Suitable for reuse by researchers working on JWST MIRI spectroscopy, especially in studies of protostellar systems or molecular jets The code helps generate science-ready maps and enables comparison of emission peaks across spatial and spectral dimensions (d) Code Summary Cell #1: Performs aperture-based spectral analysis on JWST MIRI Channel 1 IFU data cubes. It extracts a 1D spectrum from a user-defined circular region, fits the continuum, detects emission lines, and annotates known H2 transitions. Cell #2: Builds on spectral analysis results to generate moment-0 maps of detected emission lines. For each detected peak, it fits and subtracts the continuum, integrates over significant channels, and saves both diagnostic plots and output FITS files. (e) Relation to Associated Article The data and code presented here directly support the figures and analysis in the AAS Journals manuscript titled "Molecular Jets from an Evolved Protostar: Insights from JWST–ALMA Synergy" (submitted to ApJ, 2025). This repository ensures reproducibility and transparency for the continuum subtraction and spectral peak identification procedures described in the manuscript.

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 1 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
