Abstract

This dataset consolidates glossary terms and semantic infrastructure developed through survivor-led analysis of Volume 9 of the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse. It documents structural patterns including contract obfuscation, institutional power laundering, and semantic erasure in publicly funded services.
