Dificuldades percecionadas pelos enfermeiros no transporte inter-hospitalar da pessoa em situação crítica

Abstract

O transporte da pessoa em situação crítica é um momento de grande vulnerabilidade e instabilidade quer para o doente quer para o enfermeiro. Objetivo: Analisar as dificuldades percecionadas pelos enfermeiros dos serviços de urgência de um Centro Hospitalar do Norte de Portugal no transporte inter-hospitalar da pessoa em situação crítica. Metodologia: Estudo transversal analítico. Realizado em 70 enfermeiros dos serviços de urgência de um Centro Hospitalar do Norte de Portugal, recorrendo ao questionário de MATA. O estudo obteve parecer favorável da comissão de ética (n.º 151/2020). Resultados: As dificuldades mais percecionadas foram Recursos e instabilidade do Doente (X=2,90 pontos) e Planeamento do Transporte Secundário (X=2,78 pontos). O local de trabalho influenciou a dificuldade na Morte do Doente, a frequência de realização de transporte no último mês associou-se com as dificuldades (p <0,05). Conclusão: As dificuldades mais percecionadas foram os “Recursos e Instabilidade do Doente” e o “Planeamento do Transporte Secundário”. Sugerimos a existência de equipas dedicadas ao transporte destes doentes para um maior treino e formação periódica.
