
SEEBLOCKS.eu is an industry‑driven, democratic initiative aimed at supporting European interests in blockchain and DLT standardisation. It brings together EU researchers, open standards experts, industry stakeholders and policy professionals to accelerate standardisation efforts via dialogue and collaboration.The coordinating consortium, led by Trust‑IT Services Srl, includes COMMpla Srl, Dublin City University, and Fraunhofer ISI — combining over 15 years of experience in pan‑European R&I, ICT platforms, teaching, and innovation research.SEEBLOCKS.eu implemented four Selection and Engagement Procedures (SEPs) to fund qualified European blockchain experts. Over €300,000 was distributed through long‑ and short‑term grants, enabling 33 initiatives across Europe.
