Danskernes brug af nyhedsmedier 2025

Abstract

Det varmeste emne på nyhedsfronten i 2025 er, ligesom i 2024, anvendelsen af kunstig intelligens (AI) i den journalistiske proces fra produktion til brug af nyheder. Undersøgelsen går igen i år i dybden med, hvordan nyhedsbrugerne opfatter den rolle, som kunstig intelligens spiller, for de nyheder, de forbruger. Det handler blandt andet om, hvor trygge (eller utrygge) danskerne er ved nyheder produceret ved - større eller mindre - hjælp af kunstig intelligens; hvordan de oplever, at kunstig intelligens påvirker kvaliteten af nyhederne; og i det hele taget hvordan de forholder sig til personaliseringen af nyheder. Ud over dette tema sætter rapporten i år også fokus på en række andre aktuelle temaer: Danskernes bekymring over misinformation og ‘fake news’: hvad er kilderne til misinformation, og hvilke handlinger har danskerne til rådighed for at faktatjekke nyheder? Den fortsatte stigning i danskernes tilbøjelighed til bevidst at undgå nyheder, og klarlægning af årsagerne til at undgå nyheder. Udviklingen i mønstrene for brug af podcast til nyheder, herunder hvilke platforme danskerne henter podcast på, og hvad danskerne oplever som kvaliteterne ved podcast sammenlignet med andre medier. Brugen og oplevelsen af lokale nyhedsmedier: hvilke lokale informationer interesserer danskerne, og hvilke lokale emner er henholdsvis lokale aviser og sociale medieplatforme bedst til at levere? Rapporten tager også, som tidligere år, en pejling på, hvordan danskerne i det hele taget navigerer i nyhedsmedielandskabet: Det gør vi ved at følge op på de udviklingsmæssige nedslagspunkter, som vi har kortlagt systematisk i en årrække - nogle tilbage til 2013: brug af nyhedsmedietyper, foretrukne nyhedsmedietyper, brandloyalitet på nettet, betalingsvillighed, og tillid til nyhedsmedierne generelt og til specifikke nyhedsbrands.
