Методы Борьбы С Коррупцией В Китайской Народной Республике И России

Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме коррупции, которая достигла огромных масштабов в современном мире. Рассматриваются способы борьбы с коррупцией в Китайской народной республике и Российской Федерации. Анализируется правовая основа противодействия коррупции в двух странах, виды наказаний за коррупционные преступления. В результате рассмотрения особенностей борьбы с коррупцией в КНР делается вывод, что заимствование китайских методов борьбы с коррупцией обладает малой актуальностью для России в силу существенных социокультурных и институционально-политических различий
