Abstract

Ushbu maqolada so’z erkinligi demokratik jamiyatning muhim tamoyili ekanligi hamda demokratik jamiyat qurishda so’z erkinligining muhimligi nazariy va ilmiy fikr mulohazalar asosida yoritib berishga qaratilgan. Shuningdek mamlakatimizdagi so’z erkinligi hamda demokratik jamiyat tamoyillarining qonuniy normativ hujjatlarning tahliliy ko’rsatmalari keltirilgan.
