The Simple Clinic Management System (SCMS) is a lightweight web-based application designed to automateroutine operations in small-scale clinics. It addresses common challenges such as manual recordkeeping,appointment conflicts, and billing inefficiencies. Developed using Python’s Flask framework and MySQLdatabase, the system enables secure and efficient management of patient information, doctor schedules, medicalhistory, and billing processes. By implementing role-based access for doctors and administrators, SCMS ensuresdata confidentiality and streamlined workflow. The application reduces paperwork, minimizes human error, andenhances overall clinic productivity. Its modular design allows for easy customization and potential expansion,making it suitable for independent clinics aiming to digitize their services without requiring complexinfrastructure
