Experimental data for the motor learning study performed: "The Interplay Between Haptic Guidance and Personality Traits in Robotic-assisted Motor Learning"

Abstract

This dataset includes kinematic and questionnaire data collected during a motor learning experiment conducted in the Motor Learning and Neurorehabilitation Laboratory at TU Delft. Details of the study are provided in the associated publication: [doi: 10.1186/s12984-025-01709-6]. The kinematic data for each participant are provided as individual ".csv" files, organized in participant-specific compressed folders (.rar). The questionnaire responses are stored as separate ".csv" files outside these folders.A detailed explanation of the file-naming conventions and variable definitions is provided in the accompanying document "DataframeDescription.rtf". An additional ".csv" file named "SummarizedKinData.csv" has been includded. This file contains the merged and discretized kinematic data, as described in the associated publication. These processed data were used for the statistical analysis in the associated publication.
