This abstract booklet contains the contributions presented at the Crossing the Palaeontological-Ecological Gap Meeting (CPEG) and the Conservation Palaeobiology Symposium (CPB) 2025, held jointly at the University of Zurich, Switzerland, from 27 July to 1 August 2025. The conference brings together researchers from palaeontology, ecology, and conservation science to foster interdisciplinary dialogue and collaboration. Topics include biogeography, community and population ecology, food web dynamics, extinction mechanisms, biodiversity conservation, and the application of geohistorical records to ecological and conservation challenges.
