Public land encroachment represents a significant governance challenge in India, with limited accessible platforms for citizens to understand the scope and legal status of documented cases. This paper presents LandLens, an innovative web-based visualization platform that transforms complex judicial and official records into interactive, user-friendly displays of government-documented encroachments on public land. Using cutting-edge web technologies including React, D3.js, and Leaflet mapping, the platform addresses the critical gap in centralized, neutral data presentation while maintaining strict adherence to verified sources. Through interactive maps, dynamic dashboards, and case exploration tools, LandLens demonstrates how modern visualization techniques can enhance public transparency and legal data accessibility. The platform's architecture incorporates real-time data integration, augmented reality features, and AI-powered pattern analysis while maintaining strict neutrality through official source verification. This research contributes to the intersection of legal informatics, public administration transparency, and civic technology, offering a scalable model for transforming judicial data into accessible public resources.
