Ganzheitliche Gefährdungsbeurteilung: psychische Gesundheit in Unternehmen

Abstract

Der Fachbeitrag von Thorsten Blaufelder beleuchtet die gesetzliche Pflicht zur Gefährdungsbeurteilung psychischer Belastungen (GBPB) gemäß § 5 ArbSchG als zentrales Element des betrieblichen Arbeitsschutzes. Der Artikel erläutert die rechtlichen Grundlagen, den Unterschied zwischen Belastung und Beanspruchung sowie den Ablauf der GBPB – von der Projektplanung über die Erhebungsmethoden (z. B. Fragebögen, Interviews, Beobachtungen) bis hin zur Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Kontrolle wirksamer Maßnahmen. Dabei wird deutlich, wie Unternehmen durch eine strukturierte GBPB nicht nur rechtlichen Vorgaben nachkommen, sondern auch die psychische Gesundheit, Motivation und Leistungsfähigkeit ihrer Beschäftigten fördern können. Der Beitrag richtet sich an Arbeitsschutzverantwortliche, Betriebsräte und Führungskräfte, die psychische Belastungen wirksam und präventiv angehen wollen.
