Predicted structural models of HCMV gH in complex with partners gpUL141 or gpUL116, and gB in complex with gpUL141

Abstract

The structures of HCMV gH (UniProt Q6SW67 residues 25–719) in complex with gpUL141 (UniProt Q6RJQ3 residues 37–278) or gpUL116 (UniProt Q6SW34 residues 25–313), and of a trimer of gpUL141 in complex with a trimer of gB (UniProt F5HB53 residues 25–751), were predicted using AlphaFold3 (AF3).

Keywords

human cytomegalovirus, Virology, human herpesvirus 5, alphafold3, Protein Structure, Quaternary, hcmv
