Estrategias impulsoras y diferenciadoras para la gestión del cambio organizacional bajo un enfoque innovador sostenible

Abstract

El ensayo aborda la gestión del cambio organizacional hacia la sostenibilidad, destacando su importancia como requisito indispensable para las empresas en un mercado cada vez más exigente y regulado. El objetivo principal fue analizar estrategias innovadoras que faciliten esta transición, integrando la sostenibilidad en la cultura y valores organizacionales. Partiendo de un enfoque cualitativo se realizó una revisión de las fuentes académicas representativas de la gestión del cambio, haciendo especial consideración en aspectos como el liderazgo, la participación de los stakeholders y la innovación sostenible. El contexto se enmarca en un entorno globalizado donde factores ambientales, sociales y económicos exigen adaptación constante. Entre las limitantes identificadas se encuentran la resistencia al cambio y la necesidad de equilibrar fuerzas impulsoras y restrictivas. Los resultados destacan la importancia de un liderazgo ético y participativo, así como la alineación de estrategias con los pilares de la sostenibilidad: ambiental, económico y social. Se concluye que la innovación y la adaptabilidad son claves para lograr una transformación sostenible, generando valor compartido y fortaleciendo la competitividad organizacional.

The essay addresses the management of organizational change towards sustainability, highlighting its importance as an essential requirement for companies in an increasingly demanding and regulated market. The main objective was to analyze innovative strategies that facilitate this transition, integrating sustainability into organizational culture and values. Starting from a qualitative approach, a review of the representative academic sources of change management was carried out, making special consideration in aspects such as leadership, stakeholder participation and sustainable innovation. The context is framed in a globalized environment where environmental, social and economic factors require constant adaptation. Among the identified limitations are resistance to change and the need to balance driving and restrictive forces. The results highlight the importance of ethical and participatory leadership, as well as the alignment of strategies with the pillars of sustainability: environmental, economic and social. It is concluded that innovation and adaptability are key to achieving a sustainable transformation, generating shared value and strengthening organizational competitiveness.
