Abstract

Die Einleitung zu Band 5 der Reihe *Unternehmenskrisen im Informationszeitalter* (Hrsg. Baeriswyl & Grynko) bietet eine konzeptuelle Grundlage zur Analyse medialer Unternehmenskrisen. Der Fokus liegt auf der Rolle von Frames und Emotionen in der Krisenkommunikation. Der Text erläutert ein mehrdimensionales Kategoriensystem zur Analyse von Framing-Effekten, Emotionsausdrücken sowie Kommunikationsstrategien und integriert theoretische Ansätze von Coombs, Entman, Benoit, Breitsohl und Plutchik. Die Einleitung positioniert sich als theoretische Brücke zu den empirischen Fallstudien des Bandes und zielt darauf ab, die praktische Anwendung von Framing- und Strategiemodellen im Krisenkontext zu erleichtern.
