Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy maqolada O‘zbekistonda muqobil investitsiyalash amaliyotini rivojlantirish masalalari atroflicha tahlil qilinadi. An’anaviy moliyaviy manbalarga qo‘shimcha tarzda muqobil investitsiya vositalarining (venchur kapital, kraudfanding, islomiy moliya, startap fondlari va boshqalar) milliy iqtisodiyotdagi o‘rni, ahamiyati va ularni joriy etishning zaruriyati asoslab berilgan. Jahon amaliyoti misolida samarali modellar ko‘rib chiqilib, O‘zbekiston sharoitida ularni moslashtirish imkoniyatlari baholanadi. Shuningdek, muqobil investitsiyalarning huquqiy-institutsional bazasi, mavjud muammolar va rivojlanish istiqbollari yuzasidan tavsiyalar ishlab chiqiladi. Mazkur tadqiqot milliy iqtisodiyotda innovatsion va texnologik loyihalarni moliyalashtirishning yangi yo‘nalishlarini shakllantirishga xizmat qiladi.
