ABSTRACT: Target must be time bound. Otherwise it will be of no use at all. If success comes after stipulated period of time then it is meaningless. If doctor comes after the expiry of the patient it implies failure of time management, the crucial ingredient of human life. The humour goes, “Operation is successful but the patient is dead”. Here neither the doctor achieves his success nor does the patient get back his life. Both lose targets. Both fail successfully.
