
Hemaris tityus (Linnaeus, 1758) Shugurov, 1907. It is known only from an old report. However the probability of the species inhabiting the Region, in particular its northern part, is beyond doubt (Fig. 41). It is bivoltine in the most of the territory of Ukraine. Moths flight is observed from May to August.
