Abstract

Abstract The Lunar Oceanic Kinetic Energy Capture System (LOKECS) utilizes the predictable, gravitationally induced motion of the oceans caused by the Moons orbit to generate clean, renewable energy. By converting tidal flows, wave motion, and underwater currents into electricity through mechanical systems such as tidal bridges, wave piston buoys, and underwater kite turbines, LOKECS offers a decentralized and scalable alternative to fossil-fuel-based energy systems. This technology leverages waters high kinetic density and the cyclic reliability of lunar tides to provide sustainable energy for off-grid and grid-scale applications. Explanation (Plain Terms) The Moon pulls on Earths oceans, creating tides and constant wave motion. That moving water holds a lot of power. With the right equipmentlike underwater turbines or floating buoys we can turn that motion into electricity. This method works day or night and is easy to predict, unlike solar or wind. By using systems inspired by simple mechanics (springs, levers, and gears), we can build low-cost generators that supply power to homes, islands, or even entire coastal regions. LOKECS systems are strong, dependable, and built to work with nature not against it.
