SNPedia Offline Database Snapshot – July 2025

Abstract

This dataset is an offline snapshot of the SNPedia wiki, scraped between July 12 and July 17, 2025 using a custom tool. It includes structured information on human single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and their annotations as found in SNPedia at the time of collection. This database dump contains data related to genetic variants, genotypes, medical conditions, and other phenotypic associations. It is provided as a comprehensive SQLite database file, which allows for powerful local querying of the entire SNPedia knowledge base without needing to use the live API. The dataset is intended for research and educational use.
