Abstract

Mazkur maqola islom huquqshunosligi tizimidagi eng muhim fanlardan biri — usul al-fiqh ilmining nazariy asoslari va amaliy ahamiyatini keng qamrovda tahlil qiladi. Usul al-fiqh — bu shar’iy dalillar (Qur’on, Sunnat, Ijmo, Qiyos) asosida amaliy hukmlar chiqarish qoidalarini o‘rganadigan ilmiy yo‘nalish bo‘lib, u asosan mujtahid darajasiga yetgan olimlar tomonidan tatbiq etiladi.
