Teenagers often exhibit unhealthy behaviors, such as poor nutritional habits, smoking, alcohol consumption, drug use, and premarital sex. However, teenagers also have a crucial role as the future leaders of the nation and must be physically, mentally, and socially healthy to lead productive lives. The aim of thiscommunity service activity is to enhance the knowledge and skills of both youth cadres and teenagers, promoting the development ofHEALTHY (Healthy, Happy, and Productive) teenagers through training programs for youth cadres and ongoing mentorship. The outcome of this initiative was a notable improvement in the knowledge and skills of 24 health cadres and 72 teenagers. It is anticipated that these results will be supported by the relevant authorities and that adolescent health posts will be established to provide continuous health services on a regular monthly basis
