One of the effective activities to maintain Santri fitness is through gymnastics activities. Gymnastics is known as a type of physical activity that has many benefits, especially for physical and spiritual health. Gymnastics in students is known to improve cognitive abilities as well as achievement and improve sleep quality. However, data from various studies show that most students are still not in an ideal fitness condition. This community service activity is entitled “Santri Gymnastics Combination of Progressive Muscle Relaxation to Improve the Fitness of Female Students in Islamic Boarding Schools”. This community service activity was carried out in a span of 6 months starting from June to November 2024. The first stage is the development of community service materials, namely in the form of videos of Santri gymnastics and progressive muscle relaxation. The second stage is initial coordination with partners, namely the intended boarding school. The last stage is the implementation stage, starting with student gymnastics, presentation of material and videos ending with independent training for students. The results of the evaluation of most students said that the movements taught were easy to do and in a short training time the benefits could be felt on fitness in the body. This activity will also be carried out periodically at the Islamic Boarding School
