This dataset has been analyzed in the manuscript titled "SpaceBF: Spatial coexpression analysis using Bayesian Fused approaches in spatial omics datasets," as the third real data use case. There are three main data files, both in .rds format. The one named "Peptide_expression_in_spots.rds" contains the standardized expression of 12 peptides in 5548 spots. The file named "Spot_coordinates.rds" contains the xy-coordinates of the spots. The file named "Peptide_description.rds" contains the descriptive metadata of the peptides, i.e., their source genes and actual sequences. The file "ROI_114.pptx" contains the histology image. The R code to load and analyze the dataset is provided in the GitHub repository: https://github.com/sealx017/SpaceBF, the older version of the data is avilable at https://zenodo.org/records/15838609.
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
