This is Version 2 of the dataset record. It includes the original air quality dataset as well as the author-approved version of the conference paper titled Clear the Air: A Student-Led Climate Action Project. __________________________________________________________ This dataset is part of a project initiated at St. Ignatius College Prof. Edward de Bono Handaq Middle School to test indoor and outdoor environmental parameters. This project was carried out in collaboration with the Globe program, STEAM Learning Ecologies, and Environmental Resources Authority. The data was collected between November 11 and December 6, 2024, at our school in Ħal Qormi, Malta. To track environmental parameters, we used the Environmental Sensor Development Kit (ESDK) created by RS Components UK™, with local support from CS Technologies International Ltd™. Content This repository contains three zip files that include all data used in the Results section of the paper, Clear the Air: A Student-Led Climate Action Project. CSV_files.zip includes all raw data, allowing users to replicate the results. XLSX_files.zip includes the same data, along with all tests and analyses, such as t-tests, correlation analysis, and charts for reference purposes. Data Exclusions and Summary Statistics.zip includes a detailed breakdown of missing data and statistical analyses used to determine school exclusions. It provides summary statistics (Mean, Median, Standard Deviation) before and after exclusions , and a justification for why the same exclusion pattern applies to all parameters. It is recommended to download and work with CSV_files.zip for a quick exploration of the results. If you need a more detailed analysis or want to compare your own results with those obtained in this paper, then use XLSX_files.zip.
