
This file contains the full study protocol for the systematic review entitled ""Graves’ Orbitopathy following Alemtuzumab treatment for Multiple Sclerosis: a Systematic Review and Real-World Insights". The aim of this review is to analyse clinical, immunological, and management characteristics of Graves’ orbitopathy arising after alemtuzumab treatment in patients with multiple sclerosis. The protocol describes the research scope, eligibility and exclusion criteria, review data sources (published literature, pharmacovigilance and institutional cases database). Further, it details the approach adopted for data collection and synthesis, following PRISMA guidelines.
